What Makes Lapsang Special<\/h2>

Lapsang Souchong comes from the Wuyi Mountains in China and is one of the few teas dried over open pinewood smoke. This gives it a smoky, almost peaty aroma reminiscent of bonfires, smoked wood, and single malt whiskey.<\/p>

Especially in the food and bar world, Lapsang is increasingly being discovered \u2013 as an exciting alternative to smoked salts, smoked paprika, or mezcal. Whether in sauces, rubs, or cocktails: The tea brings depth and elegance.<\/p>

Our Lapsang Whiskey Sour<\/h2>

This recipe combines the smoky soul of the tea with a modern classic of cocktail culture. Easy to make \u2013 and guaranteed to impress in flavor.<\/p>

Ingredients:<\/strong>
\u2013 4 cl Bourbon Whiskey
\u2013 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
\u2013 2 cl Lapsang Souchong (strongly brewed, cold)
\u2013 2 cl simple syrup
\u2013 Ice cubes, optional orange zest<\/p>

Preparation:<\/strong>
Add all ingredients to a shaker, shake well, and strain over ice into a tumbler glass. Garnish with orange zest \u2013 and the smoky, elegant enjoyment is ready.<\/p><\/div>
